The busway joint utilizes a 4-piece active compression sealing system. When the torque-limited shear bolts in the bridge-type joint are tightened to the specified value (causing the bolt heads to snap off), the indicator label will detach. Following the cover tightening procedure, the seal cover is then compressed and secured onto the busway. The solid silicone gaskets at the joint and under the cover fully fill and seal all gaps, ensuring reliable IP68-rated waterproof integrity at the joint.

Note: During installation of Rutong Electric components, hanger spacing can be adjusted according to on-site requirements.
1. The spacing for hanger installation shall comply with the above standards. If on-site conditions prevent standard implementation, adjustments may be made based on actual conditions, provided they meet the minimum busway spacing requirements specified in the Product Installation Instructions (Page 27).
2. The standard installation space required for the busway is as shown in the diagram. An additional safety clearance of 100mm + casting clearance of 270mm (total 370mm) must be maintained above the busway.
3. One L-shaped retaining plate set (two plates) shall be installed per unit.
