Safety Operating Procedures for Intensive Enclosed Busways
Safety operation regulations for intensive closed busway equipment:
1. Please read the manual carefully before installing and using the dense closed busway;
2. Dense closed busway can only be installed in indoor places suitable for electrical equipment work;
3. Installation, operation and maintenance by full-time electrical personnel;
4. The connection conditions and working procedures of on-site electrical equipment must be ensured and the safety must be ensured.
5. All operations related to the intensive closed busway must comply with the corresponding provisions in the manual;
6. Do not exceed the load specified in the technical parameters of the busway under normal working conditions;
7. The equipment direction map, installation instruction manual, etc. should be placed in a place that is easily accessible to personnel related to installation, operation and maintenance;
8. The user's full-time personnel should be responsible for matters affecting work safety and correctly manage the busway;
2. General rules for the use of dense closed busways:
Our company designs and produces intensive closed busway with a typical sandwich structure, assembly using self-piercing riveting technology, so that the busbar shape is more compact, the volume is smaller, and the dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar system is enhanced, with the advantages of clean and beautiful appearance, low impedance, voltage reduction, high protection level, excellent electrical continuity, etc., which eliminates the formation of dense closed busway chimney effect in the event of fire, and can be applied to the construction site for large-span installation, and the service life of the system reaches more than 30 years. The protection level of the busway can reach IP65, which is suitable for power supply systems with AC 50-60Hz, rated working current 250A-5000A, and rated working voltage of 1000VAC and below.
The standards and requirements of this busway are as follows:
1. IEC-439-2GB7251.1 of the Electrical Association;
2. "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Part: Type Test and Part of Type Test Complete Equipment" GB7251.2;
3. "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Part II: Requirements for Busbar Trunk System (Busway)";
4. Machinery industry standard (JB/T9662-xx) "Dense insulated busway trunk system (dense insulated busway)";
5. Construction Machinery Association NEMABU1.1 "Busway Installation and Maintenance Standards";
6. High voltage bus GB/T8349-xx "Metal Closed Busbar";
3. Normal environmental conditions for the normal use of intensive closed busways:
1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C, not less than 15°CC, and the average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35°C;
2. Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity does not exceed 50% at temperature +40°C, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C, but temperature changes should be taken into account, and moderate condensation may occur by chance;
3. The altitude does not exceed xm;
4. The dense closed busway is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: between -25°C and +55°C, it can reach +70°C in a short time (no more than 24h), and the device should not suffer any irreparable damage under these temperature limits, and should be able to work normally under normal conditions;
5. If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate and solve the problem;
6. When the intensive closed busway is used in offshore oil rigs and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed;
