Structural standards of enclosed busways and the causes of short-circuit faults

Introduce in detail the structural standards of closed busways and the reasons for short-circuit faults

Structural standards for closed busways.

(1) In order to better facilitate installation and maintenance, the clear distance between different models and manufacturers of closed busways should be considered, and the height of the junction box installed in parallel should be the same. Pay attention to the phase when installing the junction box. The outer shell of the junction box should be connected to the housing of the busway and the grounding device is excellent.

(2) When installed horizontally, each closed busway should have no less than 2 support points, and support points should be added at the corners. When crossing the floor vertically, the spring support point should be selected.

(3) The insulation resistance of each closed busway should not be less than 20Ω. Those who fail the test cannot install it. When the withstand voltage test is required, the test voltage of the dense busbar tube is 3750V, and the test voltage of the air busway tube is 2500V.

(4) When installing a closed busway, waterproof and leak-proof measures must be taken at any time. After installation, it should be carefully checked for its integrity. The bus pipe through the floor and wall panels should be fireproof.

The reason for the short circuit fault of the closed busway.

Closed busway (For the definition of a closed busway, see What is a closed busway?) (After installation, if you do not pay attention to routine maintenance (see busway price), a closed busway short circuit failure will occur.) What is common? Because of the closed busway short circuit fault? The following is a brief analysis of the four reasons that cause the short circuit failure of the busway:

1. If low-priced and poor quality insulation materials are used in the production of busways

2. Whether the busway copper bar contains impurities, whether there are bulges, burrs, welding failures, etc.

3. After the closed busway runs for a period of time, the burrs will crack the insulation layer, which will lead to the short circuit failure of the closed busway

3. The fireproof closed busway should have a water spray function. If the fireproof busway does not have a water spray function, the busway will be in the current short circuit fault ce fire spray or other water.

4. When installing the closed busway, the garbage will enter the closed busway shell, and when it is wet, it will cause the closed busway to short circuit failure.
