Introduction to the Structure of Enclosed Bus Ducts
Overview of closed busways
Closed busways include split-phase closed busbars, co-box (including co-box phase partition) closed busbars and cable busbars, which are widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and civil power conductors. The enclosed busbar consists of current-carrying conductors, housings and insulation. The busbar shell should be made of cold-rolled steel plate and have sufficient mechanical strength with a protection rating of IP55. The current-carrying conductor should be made of copper electrical material that meets the GB5585.1-55855.3 standard. The contact surfaces of the conductor contacts are treated for reliable contact on the connecting parts, low heat generation, and safe and reliable use. The insulation material should have good insulation performance, anti-aging, non-toxic, low smoke and other performance indicators.
The surface treatment of conductive closed busway shell is a very important work, including pickling, phosphating, drying, powder spraying, curing and other processes. The shell is coated with polyester epoxy powder, which has strong surface adhesion and can be insulated.
(1) Conductive copper bar - composed of pure copper bar, the surface of the conductive copper bar joint should be uniformly tin or silver plated.
(2) Insulation material - composed of polytetrafluoroethylene and polycarbonate high-strength insulating plastic blocks.
(3) Fixing bolts, insulation sleeves, and covers
According to the use, a busway is generally composed of the starting busway, the straight busway (with jack and without jack), L-shaped vertical (horizontal) bent busbar, Z-type vertical (horizontal) offset busbar, T-type vertical (horizontal) tee busbar, X-type vertical (horizontal) cross-way busbar, variable volume busway, expansion busway, terminal head, terminal junction box, plug-in box, busway related accessories and fastening devices.
According to the IEC standard, the specifications of commonly used closed plugged busway can be divided into: 800A, 1000A, 1250A, 1300A, 1350A, 1600A, 2000A, 2500A
Bus line refers to products made of copper (copper bar) and aluminum materials with high conductivity to transmit electrical energy and have the ability to collect and distribute electricity. The main conductor used to transmit electrical energy in a power station or substation. Through it, the electrical energy output from the generator, transformer or rectifier is transmitted to individual users or other substations. Mathematically, it refers to a straight line that produces a surface that moves according to certain conditions.
